·        Joined the Abate Villano, PA Architects and Planners, 1982. 

·        He earned his State of New Jersey License to practice Architecture in 1989.

·        Staff architect and head of our C.A.D.D. Department, 1989.

·        Manager of the production of computer plans, 1991.
