“The architecture of a building can inspire a mood, describe the owner or purpose of the structure or carry out a theme.  Architects devote their energies to building design and space planning.  Applying his skills to the planning and design of our building environment, Richard Villano is an architect with increasing design influence in our surroundings.

Richard Villano concentrates his efforts in the design of commercial facilities as well as custom homes.  Restaurants, retail centers, commercial complexes, banks, structures for the medical profession, multi-family structures and other commercial facilities are of particular interest to Richard Villano.  He will design the building and space in accordance with the client’s needs, building codes and industry standards.  Concerns such as creativity, local architectural tradition, economy, construction time and materials are addressed to assist owners of new or existing structures to comply with ADA directives.
